Suggested use: Take six capsules per day with food and a large glass of water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. It’s that easy. If you’re new to taking organ supplements, start with 1-2 capsules daily for the first week before increasing by one capsule daily. Consistent long-term use produces the best results. Like other Cow and Bull supplements, we recommend taking it for at least a period of three months and ongoing for the best results.
