Eligibility for Return

Unopened Products: You may return any unopened product within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact and seals unbroken.

Opened Products: For hygiene, safety, or quality control reasons, opened products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. If you return an opened item, no refund will be issued and the product will be disposed of or can be returned to you at your cost.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at support@nxgenwholefoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
Shipping Responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
