The beets are ultra-concentrated using the latest freeze drying technology to retain more nutrients than any other drying method. Their method takes over 48 hours, which is much slower than traditional freeze-drying, but it makes for a better finished product. It is made from washed raw whole beetroot, not made from beetroot juice. It is not heated or spray dried and contains no carriers like maltodextrin.
The beets are grown without synthetic pesticides and herbicides.

Suggested use: Take two to four capsules before meals with a large glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. They are best taken earlier in the day. For sensitive individuals, it is best to start with just one capsule and gradually increase the dosage. The capsules can be opened and mixed into foods and beverages. As a pre-workout, take the capsules two to three hours before working out.
