Spleen provides iron and alkoglycerols. Iron is needed for recovery because it helps with oxygen transport to muscles for repair. Low iron levels can lead to soreness and slow muscle recovery. The heme iron found in spleen is more bioavailable than the non-heme iron found in plants and traditional iron supplements.
Beef protein is a fast digesting and absorbed, allowing the amino acids to quickly get to the muscles where they can be used for repair. It also supplies sodium to help replace what is lost during a workout.
Ancestral Leafy Greens provides a blend of green vegetables that supplies valuable electrolytes, like potassium and magnesium.

Suggested use: Take four capsules of Spleen, four capsules of Ancestral Leafy Greens, and one scoop of Beef Protein within a half hour of working out, with a full glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. They can be split up or taken all at once. If it’s your first time taking organ supplements, start with 1-2 capsules of each for the first week before increasing by one capsule daily. Consistent long-term use provides the best results.
