How It's Made

It's made with select beef marrow bones that are slowly simmered under vacuum at less than 70 °C, in filtered water with Australian River Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar for more than 48 hours to release the minerals, marrow, and nutrients from the bones.

Following liquid extraction, the broth is gently freeze-dried at a low temperature to remove water and retain all natural nutrients, resulting in a delicious, easy-to-use organic bone broth collagen powder.

Heavy Metal Testing

Heavy metal testing is done to ensure the broth is pure and safe. Typical test results are:

  • Arsenic (As) less than 0.10 mg/kg = less than 0.1 PPM
  • Cadmium (Cd) less than 0.01 mg/kg = less than 0.01 PPM
  • Lead (Pb) less than 0.05 PPM
  • Mercury (Hg) less than 0.005 mg/kg less than 0.005 PPM

Ingredients and Suggested Use

Ingredients: Grass fed and finished regeneratively farmed Australian bovine bones, filtered water, apple cider vinegar, and Australian River Salt. 

Other ingredients: None

Suggested use: Due to the moisture sensitivity of this powder, always use a dry spoon when removing from the airtight container. For a quick cup of organic broth, stir 1 teaspoon of powder into one cup of boiling water, adding a few chopped herbs or grated ginger if desired, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Please note that this powder has very little taste.

Some of the farms are very small, so they have chosen not to get organic certification because of the cost, but all of the farms' practices exceed USDA organic standards. They source only premium quality restaurant-grade beef, fresh from their own butchers.

The cows only eat more than twenty-six varieties of grasses that grow wild in the Lake Eyre region. The cows are never given grains, hormones, antibiotics, MRNA vaccines, or Bovaer.
